Button (Hilfe, Admin, Log) neue Position

Ich passe gerade die mobile Ansicht an.
Ein par Fortschritte konnte ich auch schon verzeichnen.
Nun möchte ich gerne die drei Button (Hilfe, Admin, Log) neben meinen Smilie weiter unten platzieren.
Ich hab in der Chat.php und Chat.js geschaut, aber die Stelle wo sich die Button befinden nicht gefunden.
Wo muss ich schauen?

So sieht es aktuell aus:

schau mal in der chat.php da sind die obersten button hinterlegt in zeile 1251

die zeilen könnten hier etwas abweichen da bei uns die datei extra angepasst ist

Ansonsten nach diesen texten suchen bei uns sind se aus geblendet
